Special Educator

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
based on student assessments and specific learning needs
Adapt instructional strategies and materials to support students with varying abilities
Conduct ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate student growth
Provide one-on-one or small group instructional support in a virtual setting
Collaborate effectively with general educators, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student development
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with educational standards and goals
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging online learning environment

Qualifications:

Experience in special education, IEP development, and adaptive teaching techniques
Strong knowledge of assessment tools, progress tracking, and intervention strategies
Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Special Education
or a related field
Relevant certifications or licensure in special education (preferred but not mandatory)
