• Architect and deploy scalable GenAI solutions using RAG + LLMs
• Build custom LLM-based pipelines, fine-tune models on proprietary datasets
• Design and implement embedding strategies, chunking logic, and retrieval systems
• Own end-to-end delivery — from ingestion → indexing → query resolution → output formatting
• Evaluate and integrate open-source models (Mistral, LLaMA, K2, etc.) where relevant
• Benchmark OpenAI vs. open models vs. custom-trained ones
• Write clean, modular code in Python, and guide integration with backend systems
• Collaborate closely with our CTO, sector heads, and product teams
• Drive POCs for different verticals (starting with Pharma, BFSI, FMCG)

• 5–7 years

   of experience in software development or ML engineering

• 1+ year

   hands-on experience with GenAI or LLM-based systems
• Deep understanding of vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone), embeddings, LangChain, Transformers
• Experience training or fine-tuning models (Hugging Face, LoRA, RAG, etc.)
• Strong with Python, APIs, system design
• Proven ability to go from whiteboard to working prototype quickly
• Exposure to MLOps or model monitoring is a bonus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
