Tranetech Software Solutions is a leading provider of innovative and customized software solutions. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and document requirements effectively.
• Analyze and translate client requirements into a well-structured Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document.
• Ensure all necessary documents are collected from clients to meet project requirements.
• Align the SRS with the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) and obtain client sign-off before initiating development.
• Effectively communicate the project scope, requirements, and objectives to the development and testing teams.
• Address queries from the development team regarding project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with the testing team to verify that the final application meets the defined specifications before client delivery.
• Provide regular project updates, addressing challenges and solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and tutorials, to support clients.
• Update documentation whenever changes or enhancements are made to the software.
• Identify potential risks that may impact project success and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions based on design specifications.
• Provide training sessions to end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system Go-live.
• Offer ongoing client support, troubleshooting issues, and providing necessary solutions.
• Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients upon request from the sales team.
• Support the sales team by providing necessary technical data and insights to facilitate software marketing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and enhance technical skills continuously.
• Regularly report the progress of assigned tasks and responsibilities to the designated reporting authority.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Consultant (preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in IT solutions, system analysis, and documentation techniques.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to create and maintain structured documentation.
• Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut , Kerala : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Software Consultant : 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
