About the Job: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Cloud Reliability Engineering Team , capable of being part of our cloud initiatives and managing our global infrastructure. As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be responsible for leading design, implementation and management of cloud capabilities with key focus on reliability, uptime and cost. Technical Quality Lead the design and implementation of complex feature development. Clearly understands how the changes impacts existing dependent features or capabilities. Mentor fresh team members, ensuring adherence to high technical standards. Participate actively with proactive suggestions in design decisions, Code reviews and SOP creation. Ensure Coding/Testing standards and internal SOPs are kept intact. Collaboration Skills Collaborate across other teams to achieve feature goals. Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative learning environment. Execution Take a lead role in project execution, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. Contribute and motivates Software Engineers in achieving Tool KPIs. Qualifications/Skills required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, certification in relevant technologies or equivalent practical experience. Excellent problem solving, logical thinking capabilities. 2-5 years of experience working in AWS cloud around resource provisioning, scaling, maintenance and troubleshooting. Proven experience working with Linux, Terraform, Github Actions, Datadog or equivalent, Splunk or equivalent Prior experience with cloud capabilities that includes, Infra Engineering, Infra Change Management, CICD, Release management, Monitoring, support/troubleshooting and Reliability best practices. Excellent communication skills.
