Senior ServiceNow Developer

Duration: 6 months

Experience: 4-9 Years

Domain Preferred: ITSM+ITOM or ITSM+HRSDCertification: CSA (Certified System Administrator) is mandatory. Include a registered email ID in your resume.Job Duties:

• Design, build, and deploy solutions on ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications.
• Minimize customizations, focus on best practices.
• Support stakeholders to optimize business ROI.
• Maintain tech documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features.
• Leverage scripting, config management, automated testing, and DevOps methods.
• Provide guidance/escalation for support teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with proactive ownership.

Qualifications:

• 4–9 years of ServiceNow & app development experience.
• 2–3 years of advanced experience in admin/config/integration.
• Tech skills: JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO.
• ServiceNow Certified Admin is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CIS/MIS or equivalent.

Additional Skillsets (Any combination):

• SME in ITSM, CMDB, GRC/IRM, Event Mgmt, Access Mgmt (PING/Azure), Integration Hub.
• Domain separation, junior developer guidance.
• Experience in estimating project efforts and scoping.
• Exposure to ITOM Discovery, CMDB, eBonding, and CSM.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder collaboration

Pay: ₹112,000.00 - ₹128,000.00 per month
