About the Role

You will drive the design and integration of security controls, manage IT infrastructure vulnerabilities, and consult with business units on security implementations.

In this role, you will:

• Build, integrate, and automate security controls from cloud to endpoint.
• Act as a subject matter expert, enhancing IT security for end-user devices, infrastructure, applications, and identity/access management.
• Automate vulnerability management and incident detection/response.
• Lead and collaborate on security projects, providing expert guidance to ensure secure systems and operations.
• Curate metrics to demonstrate security control effectiveness.
• Stay current with emerging threats and industry trends.

The skills you'll bring include:

• 5 years of experience in information security (vulnerability management, incident detection/response, digital forensics, or malware analysis).
• Software development experience with Python or Go, building and integrating tools via web APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, & Linux security hardening/monitoring.
• Expertise in secure network, systems, and application design/architecture.
• Experience configuring/maintaining network devices (firewalls, switches).
• Experience maintaining, securing, or monitoring AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to identify security event root causes from disparate systems.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset and strong curiosity.
