Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer – MERN to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack, along with strong leadership and architectural decision-making abilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of full stack developers working on MERN-based web applications. Design scalable and maintainable architecture across front-end and back-end. Take ownership of project delivery, timelines, and quality standards. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Build interactive and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js. Implement database schemas and manage MongoDB efficiently. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless products. Provide technical mentorship and support to team members. Continuously explore and suggest improvements in tools, frameworks, and development processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of full stack development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Deep proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Experience with version control (Git), build tools (Webpack, Babel), and testing frameworks. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Exposure to deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have: Experience with GraphQL or other modern API paradigms. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker). Knowledge of Agile development and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
