Creative UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Role Overview: As a Creative UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of user-friendly web applications, dashboards, and portals, while also contributing to visual branding and graphic assets. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life using Figma and other creative tools. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, portals, and dashboards using Figma Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency Create responsive designs optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms Develop graphic assets such as banners, icons, infographics, and marketing creatives Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides Contribute to branding and visual identity consistency across products Requirements: 5–6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and digital products Strong proficiency in Figma (including components, auto layout, prototypes) Proven experience designing websites, dashboards, and complex portals Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices Strong portfolio showcasing web, UI/UX, and visual design work Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience working with frontend developers (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus) Motion design or video editing skills Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B web platforms Exposure to tools like Adobe XD, Webflow, or Canva Pro Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape products from the ground up Creative freedom and ownership over your work Collaborative and growth-oriented environment If interested, please send your resume to careers@corecognitics.com Show more Show less
