Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with 4+ years of experience to lead the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of products and services across multiple sectors, while maintaining strong and long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, professional networks, referrals, and other proactive outreach strategies. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions that align with their business needs. Manage proposal development, bidding processes, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals. Independently negotiate and close small to mid-sized deals; assist senior management with larger opportunities. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through new business development and cross/up-selling. Promote and sell the company's products and services at profitable margins. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and provide competitive insights. Track and monitor project progress to ensure delivery milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. Maintain detailed account plans and pipelines to strategically grow each customer relationship. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Support customer lifecycle activities, including contract renewals, account updates, and payment follow-ups. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or service sector. Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and experience managing complex deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software and tools for pipeline and performance tracking. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
