Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – In-office once a week) Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role involves working on end-to-end software development projects using modern front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices-based applications while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe for end-to-end project delivery. Develop and maintain microservices using Node.js, NestJS , and Java . Design rich front-end interfaces using Vue.js (or similar frameworks like AngularJS/React). Ensure efficient integration with AWS cloud services , Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools. Optimize application performance and scalability for handling large datasets and high traffic. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment workflows. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and uphold engineering excellence. Technical Requirements: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript and TypeScript . Proficient in modern front-end frameworks: Vue.js (preferred), React , or AngularJS . Strong backend development skills with Node.js , NestJS , and optionally Java . Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Experience working with AWS , Kubernetes (K8S) , PostgreSQL , Redis , and MongoDB . Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an agile environment. Exposure to containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes . Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications.
