What You’ll Own

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring execution across levels, collaborating with HR and business teams to align hiring with broader organizational strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment (JD creation, sourcing strategy, interviews, and offers).
• Sourcing talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct channels.
• Screening resumes, assessing fit, and facilitating interviews to present the best talent.
• Ensuring timely feedback and documentation across all recruitment stages.
• Building and maintaining dashboards for pipeline tracking and decision-making.
• Delivering exceptional candidate experiences and creating structured feedback loops.
• Strategizing on hiring funnel efficiency: shortlist ratios, offer rollouts, joining conversions, etc.
• Driving culture-fit evaluations and candidate assessments.
• Leading special projects: employer branding, campus programs, tech implementation, market mapping, and more.
• Collaborating with the Talent Development team for TA capability-building initiatives.

Must-Haves

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
