Job Description

Position Summary:

Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    process: understanding manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and role expectations.
  • Source candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with the company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely closures of positions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration

    , or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum

    4 to 6 years

    of proven experience in

    end-to-end recruitment

    .
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates

    residing locally

    or with a strong understanding of the local job market will be given preference.
  • Prior experience in

    corporate hiring

    or

    consultancy background

    is desirable.
  • Should be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
