Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for corporate hiring across levels within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) parameters.
  2. Connect with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs.
  3. Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes for Pan-India locations through the HRMS system.
  4. Assist in the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, and selection.
  5. Identify and collaborate with external recruitment vendors to meet hiring requirements.
  6. Use diverse sourcing methods including social media platforms, networking events, campus recruitments, job fairs
  7. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate interest and role fitment.
  8. Define selection criteria by working closely with hiring managers and the HR Operations team.
