Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution

• • Define project plans, budgets, and timelines in line with best practices
• • Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• • Lead closure meetings and post‑implementation reviews

• Team Leadership & People Management

• • Manage and mentor a 50+ member development team from requirements through rollout
• • Oversee resource planning, effort estimation, and utilization
• • Build and enable second‑level leads, reducing attrition and driving high morale

• Technical Direction & Architecture

• • Analyze requirements, select technical approach, and create detailed designs
• • Guide solution architects on patterns, anti‑patterns, and alignment with client needs
• • Drive technology roadmap; explore and introduce new tools, trends, and best practices

• Process Improvement & Quality

• • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance agility
• • Conduct architecture and code reviews; ensure non‑functional requirements are met
• • Minimize defects through rigorous deliverable reviews and risk mitigation

• Client & Stakeholder Management

• • Act as technical liaison and credibility builder with clients and internal stakeholders
• • Participate in Customer Enterprise Architecture Boards

• Languages & Frameworks:

   C# (.NET & .NET Core), Python, Go; ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, FastAPI,React ,Angular

• Front-End & Web:

   JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular, React, Bootstrap, SignalR, WebRTC

• Services & APIs:

   RESTful Web API, WCF, gRPC, Web Services

• Architecture & Patterns:

   OOP, Design Patterns, SOA, DDD, Microservices, Cloud Design Patterns

• Cloud Platforms & DevOps:

   Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

• AI & Machine Learning:

   Understanding of AI concepts and experience with at least one AI implementation desired

• Data & Integration:

   SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; ADO.NET, EF Core, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka

• Automation & Testing:

   Selenium, NUnit, xUnit

• Containerization:

   Docker, Kubernetes (basic)

• Project Tools:

   Jira, Azure DevOps

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development and 7+ years in project delivery or technical leadership
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications on cloud/on‑premise
• Strong communication, client‑facing, and stakeholder management skills
