Job Description

Role: Senior AWS Infrastructure and DevOps

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design & Deployment: Design, build, and provision robust and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g., VPCs, EC2 instances, S3 storage, RDS databases, load balancers, auto-scaling groups).
Network Configuration: Configure and manage AWS networking components, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs, Direct Connect, and VPN connections.
Security Implementation: Implement and enforce AWS security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, encryption at rest and in transit, and security hardening of EC2 instances and other services and Integrate security best practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure, including IAM roles/policies, security groups, VPC configurations, and compliance with organizational security standards.
Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues, incidents, and performance degradation.
CI/CD Pipeline Development & Management: Design, build, and maintain automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, to enable rapid and reliable software releases.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable, and version-controlled environments, automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks.
Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Amazon ECS (Elastic Container Service), or Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
