Job Overview: We seek a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer with expertise in SQL and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues related to Database SQL or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Collaborate with customers to gather detailed information about the issues they are experiencing. Problem Resolution : Provide timely and practical solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Communication : Communicate technical information clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical customers. Maintain regular updates with customers on the progress of issue resolution. Documentation : Document troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and customer interactions in a detailed and organized manner. Contribute to the knowledge base to enhance the efficiency of technical support processes. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product management, to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide valuable insights to product teams based on customer feedback. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and product updates. Actively participate in training programs to enhance technical skills. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related role. 3. Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques. Preferred Skills: 1. Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries. 2. Experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools. 3. Familiarity with databases.
