This is a key role focused on automation, infrastructure optimization, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes Support the deployment of Java-based applications in production Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams Drive automation for repeatable tasks and system efficiency Optimize cloud usage and ensure infrastructure cost-efficiency Ensure compliance with security and industry standards Required Skills: Strong experience in Azure (mandatory); AWS/GCP (optional) Proficient with Git, command-line tools, and Git-based workflows Hands-on scripting in Bash and PowerShell; comfortable with YAML Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet Experience using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Good to Have: Basic database administration experience Familiarity with Azure Boards, Jira, or GitLab Issues Experience working in Linux environments Exposure to cloud cost optimization and performance tuning Key Behaviours: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Clear communication and effective collaboration Proven leadership in DevOps initiatives Highly adaptable and committed to continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree) 7+ years of total IT experience with strong DevOps expertise Work Location: Coimbatore (In-person) Relocation: Candidate should be willing to relocate or commute reliably Email to Apply: jobs@prognova.co Show more Show less
