Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior consultants (typically 3–5) on assigned startup projects
• Define project timelines, structure workflows, and delegate responsibilities to ensure balanced contribution and timely delivery.
• Shape the overall research and strategy direction, aligning deliverables with client expectations and business needs.
• Conduct regular internal sync-ups, troubleshoot execution challenges, and maintain team morale and focus.
• Review all outputs before final submission, ensuring both quality and clarity
• Represent the team during client meetings, presenting key findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal leads on service-specific frameworks and methodology 
• Take full ownership of project success — from communication and quality assurance to final delivery.
• Work on premium-tier projects with direct interaction with startup founders — a responsibility reserved for senior consultants.

Skills Required

• Prior experience leading teams

  , either in consulting, marketing, or entrepreneurial settings
• Proven interest and competence in strategy, marketing, growth, or consumer research
• Strong analytical ability to connect insights with actionable recommendations
• Structured communication and proficiency in presentation tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to maintain ownership of a project from start to finish, including quality assurance
• Demonstrated reliability, time management, and decision-making under pressure

Eligibility

• MBA / PGDM
• Master’s in Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or similar relevant fields
• Students in integrated MBA programs (final 1-2 years only, if leading projects before)
