Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp, motivated student co-founder with strong interest and foundational knowledge in business consulting, brand strategy, and marketing growth . This isn’t a regular internship — it's a founding seat for someone who wants to co-build a standout consulting brand, influence real business decisions, and grow with the company from the ground up. What You'll Own Collaborate directly with the founder on client strategies and positioning Co-design frameworks for category design, brand transformation, and market entry Conduct market/competitor analysis across industries (especially B2B, SaaS, services) Develop new playbooks for business growth, influencer marketing, and agile GTM Pitch to early-stage clients alongside the core team Shape the internal team culture, systems, and service offerings Who You Are Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate program (BBA, BMS, Eco, Management Studies, etc.) Deep interest in consulting, business strategy, marketing, or venture building Previous exposure to case studies, business competitions, startup ecosystems, or client work (bonus) Strong grasp of business models , customer journeys, and how brands grow Comfortable with ambiguous environments and fast-paced decision-making Excellent communication and structured thinking Hungry to co-own something meaningful and shape its direction from Day 0 What You'll Get Founding team equity with performance-linked stipend possible Leadership visibility & resume-defining role at a fast-growing consultancy Access to our network of clients, mentors, and advisors Full ownership over projects and decision-making Eligibility Only open to currently enrolled college students (2nd or 3rd year) with a business/consulting interest.
