Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp, motivated student co-founder with strong interest and foundational knowledge in business consulting, brand strategy, and marketing growth . Time Commitment: Project-based (typically 1–2 weeks per project depending on the service); flexible hours with clear deliverables and deadlines Role Overview As a Senior Consultant , you will lead high-value, high-visibility consulting projects with early-stage startups, acting as the primary project owner. You’ll work closely with the Head – Consulting Services to structure deliverables, delegate work across a team of junior consultants, and ensure strategic direction, quality, and timely execution. In addition to mentoring and guiding junior consultants, you’ll also be responsible for working hands-on in key research and strategy components — especially for complex challenges that require experienced insight. These projects are selectively assigned to senior consultants only , and often involve direct founder collaboration , unique problem statements, and advanced expectations of delivery. This role is ideal for MBA and postgraduate-level students looking to gain real-world leadership experience in startup consulting, build a premium consulting portfolio , and contribute meaningfully to early-stage innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of junior consultants (typically 3–5) on assigned startup projects Define project timelines, structure workflows, and delegate responsibilities to ensure balanced contribution and timely delivery. Shape the overall research and strategy direction, aligning deliverables with client expectations and business needs. Conduct regular internal sync-ups, troubleshoot execution challenges, and maintain team morale and focus. Review all outputs before final submission, ensuring both quality and clarity Represent the team during client meetings, presenting key findings and recommendations Collaborate with internal leads on service-specific frameworks and methodology Take full ownership of project success — from communication and quality assurance to final delivery.
