Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant (only Saudi Nationals) with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing robust technical solutions within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ABAP programming, enhancement frameworks, performance tuning, and integration techniques across various SAP modules (such as SD, MM, FICO, HCM, and PP). With a strong understanding of business processes and technical architecture, the consultant will collaborate closely with functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions that align with organizational goals. Experience with S/4HANA, OData, and Fiori development is highly desirable. Major Skills: 5+ years’ experience in SAP 4/HANA ABAP Development 5+ years’ experience in UI5 and ODATA SQL & SAP Embedded Analytics Experience Should have excellent communication & documentation skills Approval authority Engine experience SAP Authorizations & Roles experience UI5 and ODATA experience SQL & SAP embedded Analytics Experience Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP Development: Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP applications and solutions using ABAP programming language according to business requirements and technical specifications. 2. Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure standard SAP functionalities using ABAP programming techniques, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and workflows. 3. Data Migration and Integration: Develop and implement data migration programs and interfaces to integrate SAP systems with external systems, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accuracy. 4. Performance Tuning: Optimize and enhance the performance of existing SAP programs and solutions, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies. 5. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including program specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals. 7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP applications and solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. 8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery. 9. Incident Management and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications and solutions, resolving issues and incidents in a timely manner to minimize business impact. 10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance technical skills and improve productivity. Expectations & Tasks : 1. Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP ABAP. 2. Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects. 3. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. 4. Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues. 5. Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions. 6. Proceed with IMG configuration; design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDSs, Best practices implementation guides). 7. Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them. Note: The candidate should be a Saudi National. Show more Show less
