SAP HANA SQL Developer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA / SQL Developer to design, develop, and implement high-performance data solutions for analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL programming , SAP HANA development , and ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SAP BODS, Informatica, or SSIS. The role involves working on data warehousing, reporting applications, and end-to-end data integration projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze, plan, design, and implement SAP HANA solutions based on business requirements. Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage data loads effectively. Translate functional requirements into technical design documents. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL models, views, and indexes. Perform effort estimation for development and enhancement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, SMEs, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery. Ensure high standards of usability, performance, reliability, and data security. Create internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed. Follow best practices and contribute to coding standards and continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills Strong experience in SAP HANA development (views, stored procedures, indexes, performance tuning). Proficiency in SQL Programming with complex data models and stored procedures. Hands-on experience with at least one ETL tool: Azure Data Factory, SAP BODS, Informatica, or SSIS Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Reporting applications. Good To Have Experience with Azure SQL or other cloud technologies. Background in data security and access control within enterprise applications. Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of deliverables.
