  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the Real Estate sectors in India and key players in the

market.

  • Developing excellent relational skills with developers, investors, and service providers in the Real Estate

sector.

  • Possess a strong understanding of our product and competition in the industry and positioning.
  • New client acquisition and work on leads received.
  • Create/maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Visit to the sites of potential and existing clients as and when required.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Develop strategies for business expansion and growth in consultation with the Management.
  • Working closely with Project Management and Operations team to deliver high-level result to the client.
  • Availability to domestic travels as part of his/her responsibilities to meet clients.
  • Working on business proposal preparation, working closely with internal team and follow up to close

deals payment collection.

  • Visit and meet potential customers.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and drive engagement
  •  Oversee creation and execution of digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with the design/content team for marketing collaterals
  • Leverage CRM tools and AI-based platforms for lead tracking, follow-ups, and forecasting
  • Generate automated reports on sales metrics and client behavior
  • Recommend AI tools that enhance customer outreach and conversion
  • Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, attend trade shows, site visits, and networking events
  • Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts
  •  Provide on-ground market intelligence from various territories

  

Skills & Competencies:

 

  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Salesforce AI, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, ChatGPT for content)
  •  Good grasp of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer
  • Strong understanding of design and architectural language to engage with technical clients
  •   Ability to work independently and travel at short notice
  •   Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
  •  Should have construction knowledge and zeal to work.
  •  A person should have knack for sales, can use various mediums to map new clients. Should be proactive to follow up with leads.

  

Education & Experience


 ·      Bachelors in Architecture (B. Arch)

 ·      MBA in Sales & Marketing (or related specialization)

 ·      2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in architecture, real estate, or design-

related sectors

 ·      Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
