Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Online Business Lead Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and converting leads generated from online business platforms, such as IndiaMART and Justdial, into potential business opportunities. This role requires a keen understanding of online lead generation, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Receive and analyse leads generated through online platforms.
• Classify and prioritize leads based on potential business value.
• Ensure timely follow-up and engagement with leads to gather relevant information.

• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Educate leads about our products/services and address their inquiries.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead conversion.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to optimize lead generation.

• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on lead conversion rates and other key performance indicators.

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Foster positive relationships with potential clients to enhance the likelihood of successful conversions.
• Gather feedback from leads and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products/services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
