Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and leading the sales team to success in the construction equipment industry. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive sales of XCMG construction equipment across the assigned territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, infrastructure companies, and government bodies. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue growth. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of sales executives. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategy. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management. Coordination Coordinate with service, parts, and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery and support for clients. Liaise with the OEM (XCMG) for promotions, pricing, and technical support. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial sales. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good network within the infrastructure and construction industry in West Bengal. Knowledge of CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
