Job Summary: The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, and other event-related sales to businesses within the beauty, cosmetics, and salon sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the exhibition industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for exhibition space, sponsorships, and other revenue streams. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the beauty, cosmetics, and salon industry to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with senior management to set realistic and aggressive sales goals. Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners through various channels (cold calling, networking, industry events, online research, etc.). Conduct compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and objectives of B2B clients. Negotiate and close agreements with large and key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and event preparation. Understand client business needs and provide solutions that maximize their ROI at our exhibitions. Team Leadership & Mentorship (if applicable): Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals (if applicable), setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends, preparing regular reports and forecasts for the management team. Utilize CRM software effectively to manage pipelines, track progress, and report on sales activities. Provide market intelligence and insights to internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to optimize overall event success. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, develop effective lead generation campaigns, and create compelling sales collateral. Collaborate with the operations and event management teams to ensure seamless client experience from sales to event execution. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build brand awareness and generate leads. Budget Management: Contribute to the development of and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
