We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and build long-lasting relationships with key clients in the medical tourism sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Key Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction. Proactively engage with patients and potential clients, closing sales to drive business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the daily sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient movement of prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed sales targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals. Continuously adjust strategies as needed to meet company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their success and professional development.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: From prospecting to closing, lead the sales process, maximizing sales opportunities, and aligning strategies with company goals.
  • Client Communication & Negotiation: Use your strong communication skills to negotiate deals, address client needs, and close sales.
  • CRM & AI Tools Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-based tools to manage leads, track customer relationships, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing reports and insights that help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of Sales Manager experience in B2C and B2B sales, with experience in BPO or service-oriented industries.
  • Experience in call centers, cold calling, and outbound sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with a "lead by example" mentality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a deep understanding of sales strategies.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and meeting revenue goals.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
