At Nutrition in Sync, we’re redefining how people approach wellness — through programs that are personalized, powerful, and rooted in science. To grow our reach and impact, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, optimize the full conversion funnel, and drive revenue growth.


You’ll oversee the sales department, manage performance, ensure the quality and conversion of leads, and bridge insights between sales and marketing to deliver measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management & Funnel Optimization

  • Own and optimize the entire sales funnel, from incoming lead assignment to conversion
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure lead quality is high and campaigns are feeding into the right funnel
  • Segment leads based on behavior, readiness, and source for more effective conversion
  • Analyze data and implement strategies to increase lead-to-client conversion rate


Team Management & Sales Coaching

  • Train and mentor the sales team, driving individual and team performance
  • Monitor sales calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails for quality, tone, and messaging consistency
  • Regularly review and improve call scripts, objection handling, and follow-up processes
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide real-time coaching and feedback for the sales team


Reporting, Analytics & Strategy

  • Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports using HubSpot
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the conversion cycle
  • Use data insights to improve sales performance and support marketing campaign strategy development 
  • Track revenue targets daily and take quick action to hit or exceed monthly goals


Systems & Process Improvement

  • Own the sales-side usage of HubSpot — including pipelines, deal stages, task flows, and automation
  • Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to improve email/WhatsApp templates, workflows, and sequences
  • Implement tools, trackers, and dashboards that help the team move faster and smarter


Sales Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign messaging and sales alignment
  • Brainstorm and implement strategies with the marketing team to improve customer engagement, retention, and referrals
  • Contribute to pricing discussions, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and customer lifecycle planning
  • Be the voice of the sales team in leadership meetings — advocating for tools, training, and systems needed to perform at the highest level


Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in wellness, health, education, or service-based industries
  • Proven success in managing a sales team and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot — including automation, pipelines, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to upskill the team and achieve targets together
  • Comfortable reviewing data, understanding trends, and using insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Highly organized, and strong team player with strong follow-through and a proactive mindset
  • Bonus: Experience in a brand focused on women’s health, nutrition, or coaching
