Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate travel, leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and agency networks.
Manage and grow existing client relationships through effective account management and regular communication.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and travel packages.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
