Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of our cutting-edge hardware products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hardware sales, strong technical knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research). Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals. 2. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. 3. Market Analysis: Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify new market opportunities and potential target segments. Provide feedback to the product development team on market requirements. 4. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and track sales performance. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Provide insights on sales trends and market dynamics. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience. Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 7-8 years of proven experience in hardware sales. Strong technical knowledge of hardware products and solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Show more Show less
