Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data-driven sales strategies tailored to cybersecurity services, ensuring alignment with market demands and industry trends.

• Identify, engage, and secure business opportunities across enterprise, government, and mid-market sectors through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.

• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline by leveraging market intelligence, lead-generation initiatives, and relationship management techniques.

• Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals by driving a consultative sales approach and maximizing revenue opportunities.

• Conduct engaging cybersecurity service demonstrations and sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of HackIT's cybersecurity services.

• Craft detailed sales proposals and tailored solutions that address clients' specific security challenges. Marketing Initiatives

• Create targeted marketing campaigns highlighting our cybersecurity services

• Develop compelling content that addresses complex security challenges

• Manage digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, industry forums, and technical publications

• Design and implement lead generation programs

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop market-positioning strategies Client Engagement

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations

• Understand complex client cybersecurity needs and propose tailored solutions

• Provide technical and consultative sales approach

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure

• Conduct post-sales follow-up and support customer success


Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.


Experience:

1 to 3 years in business development / sales and marketing
