Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Ruby on Rails Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. Day-to-day tasks include developing backend components, integrating front-end elements, managing data storage solutions, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. The developer will also participate in code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture
• Knowledgeable in Test Driven Development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
