Full-TimeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level RPA Developer with 14 years of experience to join our automation team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UiPath and a basic understanding of Automation Anywhere platforms. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining RPA workflows and solutions to automate business processes across various departments.This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Robotic Process Automation while working on impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.
Support the configuration of bots with Automation Anywhere for basic tasks as required.
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand process workflows.
Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging of RPA solutions.
Monitor bots in production and handle incidents or enhancements.
Maintain RPA platform best practices and follow SDLC procedures.
Assist in evaluating and implementing new automation tools and solutions.
Provide support for deployed bots, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Key Skills Required

1- 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath.
Basic working knowledge of Automation Anywhere.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with workflow design, exception handling, and logging in RPA.
Knowledge of scripting (VBScript, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus.
Understanding of APIs, SQL, and web services is an advantage.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

UiPath RPA Developer Foundation or Advanced Certification.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Exposure to Agile methodology or DevOps tools is a plus.
