RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere) || 5+ years || Remote (India) Work timings: UK shift (2-11 pm IST) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 5+ years Work Mode: Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Notice: Immediate to 30 days notice Role overview: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our Automation Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots, along with a strong understanding of process automation, exception handling, and bot lifecycle management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proficient in Automation Anywhere v11 and/or A360 development and control room operations. Strong knowledge of bot types (attended/unattended), IQ Bots, MetaBots, and Bot Insight. Experience in integrating RPA with external systems via APIs or web services. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Good programming/scripting knowledge in .NET, Java, VBScript, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Certifications and Work Experience: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or equivalent certification. Experience in working with OCR tools like ABBYY, Tesseract, or Automation Anywhere IQ Bot. Exposure to other RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is a plus. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), Excel Macros, and other automation-enabling technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (v11 or A360). Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility. Create reusable components and ensure best practices for bot development and deployment. Manage bot lifecycles including version control, maintenance, and exception handling. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Perform bot testing (unit, integration, and UAT support) and resolve bugs/issues. Provide post-production support and optimize bots for performance and scalability. Maintain documentation related to bot design, architecture, and operations. Mentor junior developers and contribute to RPA CoE governance and standards
