React Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in React, JavaScript, and front-end development principles. You will be responsible for building responsive, high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to gather UI requirements, align on concepts, and ensure seamless integration.
• Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript workflows (e.g., Redux, Flux).
• Build scalable, reusable front-end components and libraries to support long-term maintainability.
• Translate design wireframes and APIs into clean, modular, and high-quality code.
• Optimize application performance for fast load times, smooth rendering, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Identify and define intuitive user interactions to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to high coding standards and technical excellence.
• Document component structures, code changes, and technical decisions to maintain an organized and informative codebase.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and implement improvements to enhance user experience and application performance.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, JSON.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (such as Redux, Context API).
• Good understanding of component-based architecture and modern front-end workflows.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
