Learn more at: Avathon Job Title : QA Engineer (Automation) Location: Bangalore (WFO) Experience: 2–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or Computer Science (ME/MS) or related Areas. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python Perform API testing using Postman and JavaScript Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test plans Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution Ensure the quality and performance of applications through both manual and automated testing Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java/Python Experience with API testing using Postman and JavaScript Familiarity with modern testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Solid knowledge of software QA and test management tools Good understanding of project management and issue tracking tool Preferred Experience with version control systems like Git Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments Avathon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
