Responsibilities: • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met. • Implement & monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, & quality of the service or product. • Knowledge of different testing type like Functional Testing, UI/UX Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, Smoke and Sanity Testing, Cross-Browser Testing, Mobile Responsiveness Testing • Identify and remedy defects within the production process • Compile and analyze statistical data. • Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process. • Document test results, track defects, and communicate findings to stakeholders. • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency. Communication: • Excellent verbal & written communication skills to articulate test findings & collaborate effectively with team members. • Ability to provide clear and concise reports and documentation. Additional Skills : • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. • Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2-3 years of experience • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. • Relevant experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and tools.
