Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on coding experience and a proven track record in managing ERP implementation and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of ERP projects (implementation, integration, migration, or upgrades).
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Actively participate in solution architecture, database design, and system integration planning.
• Write and review code, scripts, and configurations where needed — especially for custom modules, APIs, and integrations.
• Oversee project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and functional consultants.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients on project updates and deliverables.
• Ensure technical best practices, documentation, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP project leadership with a strong coding and technical development background.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of at least one major ERP platform: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide development teams effectively.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified, Microsoft Dynamics).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
