Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Lead with 2–3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality automation deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple RPA projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with RPA developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions.
• Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and status reviews with internal and client stakeholders.
• Ensure proper implementation of best practices in RPA development, governance, and security.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and facilitate hypercare, issue resolution, and optimization cycles.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to senior management and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to junior team members and assist in resource planning.
• Stay updated with RPA trends and contribute to solution enhancements and process standardization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in RPA project delivery, including at least one end-to-end implementation as a lead.
• Working knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology and experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions independently and present technical concepts clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
