Job Description

Position: Production Support (L2 / L3 Support)

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Skill: Oracle PL/SQL

Required Skills:

Provide
L2/L3 application support
running on
Oracle databases with PL/SQL and Unix
components.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues related to PL/SQL procedures, jobs, and
Unix shell scripts
.
Strong experience with
Oracle PL/SQL
–
writing/debugging procedures, functions, packages.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting – reading/editing/debugging scripts.
Solid understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys).
Experience working in a production support or application support environment.
Hands-on experience with service Now monitoring and dashboard creation.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a 24x7 support model or on-call rotation.
