Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will lead the product vision and strategy for Paramotor’s rewards, loyalty, brand gift card, and spend management platforms. You will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to roadmap execution and performance optimization—while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and compliance teams.

This role requires deep product thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a proven ability to deliver SaaS-driven fintech solutions that scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for our SaaS platforms in the rewards, gift cards, expense management and prepaid space.
  • Build user-first, scalable features for our B2B and B2C SaaS offerings.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends and gaps in digital rewards, loyalty, and prepaid instruments.
  • Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, workflows, and specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, business development, and operations to deliver secure, high-performance products.
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems: card issuers, loyalty providers, aggregators, and payment gateways.
  • Track key SaaS product metrics (adoption, retention, conversion) using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
  • Ensure product compliance with financial regulations (RBI, PCI-DSS) and SaaS security standards.
  • Own documentation, go-to-market plans, internal training, and stakeholder updates.

Desired Profile:

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with SaaS-based platforms, especially in digital gift cards, loyalty programs, or prepaid financial products.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling consumer or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of API-led architecture, cloud platforms, and agile product development.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 3–7 years managing platforms in HR tech, employee engagement, or loyalty
  • Deep knowledge of UX flows for campaigns, point systems, rewards catalog, analytics dashboards
  • Proven track record launching features like personalization, automated campaigns, white‑labeling
  • Comfort with user research, A/B testing, driving adoption metrics (redemption %, campaign ROI)

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with payment processors, card networks, or SaaS loyalty systems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS KPIs like CAC, LTV, churn, and product usage metrics.
  • Knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML, or fintech compliance standards.
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Postman, Tableau, or SaaS analytics platforms.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or PGDM from a reputed institution is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
