Our Business Intelligence platform powers data-driven decisions across thousands of users in North America and Europe. We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the next generation of customer-facing analytics experiences that are elegant, scalable, and impactful.

What You Will Do

• Drive the vision, design, and delivery of customer-facing BI applications with intuitive workflows and powerful visualizations
• Translate complex business needs into thoughtful product experiences by collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts
• Own the usability, accessibility, and engagement strategy across a portfolio of analytics interfaces used by dealerships, OEMs, and internal teams
• Work closely with engineering, UX, and data teams to turn ideas into scalable, high-quality product releases
• Solve challenging user experience problems across budgeting, forecasting, and operational intelligence applications
• Validate solutions through user testing, customer feedback, and rapid iteration
• Champion data-informed decision-making, while balancing vision, feedback, and design sensibility
• Support integration and customization of ThoughtSpot and other embedded analytics experiences within Tekion products

What You Bring

• Four to six years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally building enterprise or customer-facing SaaS products
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures, particularly for analytics or data-driven applications
• Experience working on budgeting, planning, or financial forecasting interfaces is a strong plus
• Familiarity with BI tools, especially ThoughtSpot, and a passion for crafting seamless data experiences for business users
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and align cross-functional teams
• Track record of delivering products with measurable impact, in partnership with design and engineering
• Empathy for users and a commitment to building tools that are both powerful and delightful to use
• A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a desire to build something that matters
