JSW One Homes is an end to end home construction service for individual home builders offering a hassle free construction experience to its customers.

It is a technology led B2C e-commerce service which provides a platform for home builders to meet vetted turnkey contractors for home construction. The platform provides tech-enabled tool for its customers to track the progress of their home construction and manage the cost, quality and timeline of their home construction project.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and Product Manager- Data, Analytics and AI to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of data and analytics products and data-driven features. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and business strategy. You will work cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, product managers and business leaders to build scalable data solutions. This role reports into the Chief Product Officer (CPO), and is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling smarter business decisions, optimizing customer experiences, and driving commercial growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for data platforms, AI, pipelines, APIs, and analytics products.
• Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to build and maintain data infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering) to ensure data products meet user and business needs.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Define and enforce standards for data quality, governance, privacy, and security aligned with industry best practices.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality, product usage, and business impact.

Who can apply:

• 6-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years focused on data products and platforms.
• High data orientation and analytics with experience in building data products
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure (e.g., data lakes, warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to work with data independently.
• Experience with visualization and BI tools e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Knowledge and experience with AI capabilities and use cases

• Define and execute product vision and strategic roadmap for data, analytics and AI products and platforms.
• Work in collaboration with business leaders, product teams, and engineering to drive delivery of data solutions.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of data solutions (e.g. pipelines and APIs)
• Implement and monitor frameworks for data quality, lineage, governance, privacy, and security.
• Drive adoption of data, analytics and AI products by making insights accessible and actionable.
• Migration and continuous enhancement of key KPIs report to BI tools
