This is a chance to be part of a high-growth B2B tech platform that is redefining the construction and manufacturing supply chain for MSMEs across India. 🎯 What you'll own: End-to-end operations across all third-party service centers SOPs, SLAs, KPIs—built from scratch, led by you Expansion from 12 to 20 service centers across India Operational excellence in cutting, slitting, loading, dispatch Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service 📈 Key Impact Areas: Uptime & productivity OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries Operational cost efficiencies Vendor and quality governance 👤 You should have: 10–15 years in central ops, warehouse, or logistics (B2B preferred) Proven experience managing third-party vendors and high-intensity ops Ability to switch from strategy to execution daily Leadership mindset with a data-driven approach Flexibility to travel & thrive in a fast-changing ecosystem 📍 Location: Mumbai Show more Show less
