The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: As a Product Designer with a strong focus on Design Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and ensuring consistency across various products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a scalable design system while delivering intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions that meet the needs of our users and business goals. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of UI/UX expertise and a deep understanding of design systems. Your KRAs will include the following: Design System Development & Maintenance: • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system that supports multiple products and brands. • Ensure that all UI components are reusable, adaptable, and align with brand guidelines while promoting design consistency across products. • Collaborate with developers to ensure that design components are translated effectively into functional code UI/UX Design: • Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. • Design and iterate on high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to drive continuous improvements in the user interface and user experience. • Work on responsive and adaptive designs that cater to multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms. Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints. • Communicate design ideas and systems clearly to cross-functional teams, promoting adoption and consistent usage of the design system. Mentorship & Support: • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills in UI/UX design and design system implementation. • Support teams in understanding and leveraging the design system for their projects. YOU SHOULD POSSESS: Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on design systems and component libraries. Design Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Package, and prototyping tools. UI/UX Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, and delivering high-quality UI/UX solutions. Design Systems: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems, including pattern libraries, style guides, and reusable components. Development Collaboration: Ability to work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design components. Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within an Agile framework is a plus.
