Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in Spot Buying, vendor negotiations, and RFQ/RFI processes, ensuring seamless purchasing activities and strong supplier relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle Procure-to-Pay operations, including:
  • Spot Buying, PR-to-PO conversion, and PO amendments
  • RFQ/RFI preparation and vendor responses handling
  • Import service payments coordination
  • Negotiate cost structures and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Maintain healthy supplier relationships and ensure timely purchase order closures.
  • Lead daily cross-functional calls to resolve procurement-related issues and streamline collaboration.
  • Support treasury functions by validating and processing cost sheets and invoices.
  • Facilitate approvals in line with procurement policy and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams for PO and invoice alignment.
  • Use procurement systems to track and report purchasing metrics and performance KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in P2P operations and procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
  • Understanding of import/export documentation and payment processes.
