Designation - Procurement Executive

Exp - 3-4yrs

CTC- 25K-30K In Hand

Shift - Day Shift


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist having experience in interior designing /fit out contracting field to join our team at [ Inventech solutions]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and cost-effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

-Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms.

-Evaluate supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and pricing, to ensure compliance with contract terms.

-Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and manage inventory to avoid shortages.

-Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, and logistics) to align procurement strategies with business needs.

-Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

-Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements regarding procurement and supply chain activities.

-Procure raw materials, supplies, and finished goods required for ongoing and upcoming interior contracting projects.

-Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, price, and delivery expectations.

-Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize procurement costs.

-Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and inventory.

-Coordinate with the project team to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet the project requirements.

-Monitor stock levels and reorder materials to prevent shortages or delays in project timelines.


Qualifications:

Diploma or Graduation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
