Job Description

Role Overview As an Enterprise Account & Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts while ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. This dual-focused position combines account management responsibilities, such as building relationships and identifying growth opportunities, with delivery management duties, including overseeing the execution of projects using Kissflow’s low-code platform. Your leadership will ensure that both client expectations and project outcomes are aligned to deliver business value and foster lasting partnerships. You will work closely with CXOs and key enterprise leaders to drive strategic transformations and meet business goals. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Professional Services Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building strong relationships at the CXO level to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Strategic Planning & Growth : Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue, expansion, and service adoption within existing accounts. Align these plans with the overarching business transformation goals of client leadership teams. Business Reviews & Upselling : Conduct regular business reviews with customers, particularly with senior leadership, to assess their needs, drive product adoption, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for new products and services. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, collaborating closely with CXOs to understand their enterprise transformation goals and recommending innovative solutions that support their digital and business transformation journeys. Project Delivery & Execution End-to-End Project Delivery : Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise transformation projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements while aligning with the client’s broader strategic objectives. Strategic UseCase Development: Build strong relationships with customer leadership to identify strategic use cases and digital transformation opportunities. Proactively contribute to shaping the customer’s transformation roadmap. Scope and Estimate Projects: Collaborate with Kissflow's technical leads to scope and estimate project efforts accurately. Manage scope deviations effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. Technical Collaboration: Partner with Kissflow's techno-functional leads to support requirements gathering, design, implementation, and solution delivery using the Kissflow platform. Facilitate seamless integration between technical and functional aspects of projects. Risk & Change Management : Proactively identify potential project risks/changes and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and disruptions, ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery, while also accommodating the evolving transformation landscape of the enterprise. Key Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: Proficiency in working with low-code platforms, having an understanding of how to design, implement, and deliver solutions. Technical Acumen: system integrations,Ability to understand technical requirements and challenges, and work closely with techno-functional leads and developers to ensure effective solution delivery. Systems Integration: Experience with integrating low-code platforms with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Data Management: Understanding of data structures, workflows, and how to handle data security within digital transformation projects. Project Delivery Ownership Skills: Project Management: Proficiency in managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Scope Management: Ability to define project scope and manage scope deviations, ensuring projects stay within defined boundaries. Risk Management: Skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. Strategic & Functional Skills Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term account plans and identify business opportunities that drive enterprise transformation. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, particularly at the CXO level. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer success and foster business transformation. In-depth understanding of customer business processes, industry trends , and digital transformation needs, including insights into how CXOs think about enterprise-wide change. Show more Show less
