About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven and creative PPC Marketing Specialist to join our global digital marketing team. This role is ideal for performance marketers who have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, and are eager to scale eCommerce advertising for high-SKU product catalogs.


You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through paid search, display, and shopping campaigns, while continuously improving campaign efficiency through deep analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, targeting revenue growth for large product catalogs
  • Implement and evolve SEM strategies across platforms such as Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, Dynamic Ads, and more
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar to identify opportunities to reduce CPA and improve ROI
  • Collaborate on A/B testing strategies with creative and marketing teams
  • Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate campaign impact, ROI, and KPIs
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in search marketing, automation, and ad platform innovations


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Proven success in managing large-scale PPC campaigns for eCommerce platforms with at least 300,000 SKUs
  • Familiarity with campaign types: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, Dynamic Search/Remarketing Ads
  • Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools to derive insights and optimize funnel performance
  • Intermediate proficiency with SQL, Python, or JavaScript for reporting automation and data handling
  • Strong skills in cross-functional communication and visual data storytelling
  • Excellent time management, adaptability, and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hotjar and user behavior tracking tools
  • Understanding of how creative strategy affects PPC performance
  • Google Ads certification (can be completed post-hire)
  • Exposure to automated bidding strategies and feed-based campaign structures
