Power Automate Developer – Roorkee Location The Role The Power Automate Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI if applicable). The candidate will play a key role in digital transformation by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing business process efficiency. Responsibilities Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows). Develop low-code/no-code apps using Power Apps for business users. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and third-party APIs. Collaborate with functional departments to gather requirements and propose automation solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Automate workflows. Document workflows, logic, and changes for knowledge sharing and audits. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance while building solutions. Provide user training and support on Power Platform tools if needed. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in: Power Automate (cloud flows, approval flows, scheduled flows) Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven apps SharePoint Online (Lists, Document Libraries, integration) Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms) Knowledge of JSON, Power Query, and REST APIs is a plus. Basic understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) via Power Automate Desktop preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Ideal Candidate Profile A process-oriented developer who enjoys simplifying and automating manual business tasks. Familiar with departmental workflows like HR, Finance, Admin, or Sales operations. Has worked in a manufacturing, education, or services company using Microsoft 365. Ready to learn and expand skillset within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
